HDI is the world's largest association for the support professional with over 7,000 members strong. We currently have over 60 local HDI chapters throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico and now one right here in Central Illinois! HDI's mission is simple: To lead and promote support professionals by empowering its member through access to timely and valuable industry information, encouraging member collaboration, and establishing open standards, globally recognized certification and training programs.

Once you become a member of HDI, you are automatically a member of our local chapter as a part of the One Association program. One Association allows you to pay one invoice, and be a member of two great organizations – HDI global and you local HDI Chapter – the Central Illini Chapter!

The annual HDI Analyst of the Year Award is a global program that rewards the industry's best first-level support analysts. Rusty will represent the Central Illini chapter in the MidWest Regional competition. Regional winners compete for the national award, which is proudly sponsored by Robert Half Technology and is presented at the National HDI Conference. This year the conference will be held March 16-19, 2010 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando, FL.
